Return and Refund Policy

Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right, where legally provided, to withdraw from their order within 14 days without giving a reason. For consumers in the European Union and the European Economic Area, the period generally begins on the day the customer or a person designated by them received the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must clearly inform Steezlab of the withdrawal within this period. The contact details provided in the shop can be used for this purpose.

After declaring the withdrawal, the goods must be returned within 14 days at the latest.

Return Costs

The direct costs of a normal return are borne by the customer, where legally permissible.

In the event of incorrectly delivered, damaged, or defective goods, the customer incurs no additional costs for the legally required remedy.

Condition of Returned Goods

The customer may examine the goods to the extent necessary to ascertain their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

For any loss of value resulting from handling or use beyond what is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods, Steezlab may claim compensation or deduct it from the refund, where legally permissible.

Refund

After a valid withdrawal, payments received will be refunded within the legally prescribed period using the original payment method.

Steezlab may withhold the refund until the goods have been returned or the customer has provided proof that they have sent them back, where legally permissible.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrectly Delivered Goods

If a product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered, the customer should contact Steezlab as soon as possible, stating the order number and providing suitable photos.

In such cases, Steezlab primarily offers a free replacement.

Mandatory legal rights to rectification, replacement, reduction, rescission, or refund remain unaffected.

Personalized Products

The right of withdrawal may be excluded if goods have been manufactured according to the customer's individual specifications or clearly personalized, and the legal requirements for this exception are met.

The selection of a regularly offered variant, for example, a specific smartphone model or a regularly offered surface, does not automatically lead to the exclusion of the right of withdrawal.

Cancellation before Production Begins

An order can be cancelled upon request as long as production has not yet started.

Once production has begun, voluntary cancellation is no longer possible. Legal rights of withdrawal and consumer rights remain unaffected.
